Journey Therapy

Holding on to negative emotions can lead to anxiety, unhappiness and depression. Over time harbouring these negative feelings and emotions can lead to serious physical illness. Journey therapy is a way to release and reverse the negative impact of emotional and physical trauma on the body mind and soul.

The Benefits

Journey therapy has helped many people to the amazement and confusion of medical professionals. Whilst medical professionals can't explain exactly why this method works, it is recognised that it works. 

Consultation

The consultation is to discuss your issue and assess your willingness to explore your emotions and create a connection between therapist and client. On completion, you can decide whether to go ahead and arrange an appointment for the full Therapy Session.

The Process

​

​

This is the time to connect to the emotional world within and discover your block. You will be helped to access this and release it, so that emotional and physical healing can commence. Please allow 3 hours for the full session.
